Section 1

General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ace Jili platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features accessible at acejili.click. By registering an account, logging in, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Ace Jili reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all registered members, including Filipino players accessing the platform through mobile browsers, desktop, or any third-party app integrations. These Terms are written in Philippine English and are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines.

Section 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

To create and maintain an Ace Jili account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited persons list.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of Ace Jili or any of its partner companies.
• You are registering for personal use only—not on behalf of another person or entity.

Each player is limited to one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts—whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method—is strictly prohibited. Ace Jili will freeze or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without notice.

During registration or at any point thereafter, Ace Jili may ask you to verify your identity by submitting a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (like a utility bill or bank statement), or other documentation. Failure to provide the requested documents within the given timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during sign-up. Any false information—including a fake name, date of birth, or contact details—constitutes a breach of these terms and may lead to permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on Ace Jili are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your Ace Jili wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If your deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit whenever possible, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. Ace Jili reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal exceeding ₱50,000.

All bonuses must meet their respective wagering requirements before any part of the balance derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus-funded balances before meeting rollover conditions will result in the forfeiture of those funds.

Section 4

Bonuses and Promotions

Ace Jili runs regular promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, as well as the general bonus rules described here.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 35x the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in each promo. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Ace Jili monitors betting patterns. Placing low-risk, hedged bets (such as betting both sides of a market) with the primary intent of clearing wagering requirements is not allowed and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.
• Free spin winnings are capped per promotion unless otherwise specified.
• Ace Jili may withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Active bonuses already in a player's account will not be affected unless fraud or abuse is detected.

Welcome Bonus

New members who register and make their first deposit qualify for the Ace Jili welcome bonus, subject to the specific promotion active at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is awarded once per new account, per household, and per device. Players who self-exclude or have previously closed an account are not eligible for the welcome bonus upon re-registration.

Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

Ace Jili is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Cheating and collusion: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players, or exploit software glitches is forbidden.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment credentials to fund your account.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with Ace Jili games or features.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity, or attempting to obscure the source of funds through wagering transactions.
• Underage play: Allowing or assisting any person under 21 years old to register or use an Ace Jili account.

Ace Jili employs real-time monitoring and risk management systems. If suspicious activity is detected, your account may be temporarily locked while an investigation is conducted. You will be notified via email and given an opportunity to clarify the situation within a defined period.

All game outcomes on Ace Jili are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, regularly audited by independent third-party agencies. This ensures that no player, staff member, or automated system can predict or influence the outcome of any game.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

All content on the Ace Jili platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software—is the exclusive property of Ace Jili or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Ace Jili platform without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Ace Jili software or game.
• Use Ace Jili's brand, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Ace Jili content.

Any content you submit to Ace Jili—such as support chat messages, review submissions, or feedback—grants Ace Jili a royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content for platform improvement or marketing purposes, without compensation to you.

Section 7

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Ace Jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.

The personal information we collect—including your name, date of birth, contact details, and financial data—is used solely to:

• Verify your identity and maintain your account.
• Process deposits and withdrawals.
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including AML and KYC requirements.
• Send you promotional communications (only if you have opted in).
• Improve our platform and personalise your gaming experience.

• Errors in game displays or software malfunctions that are promptly corrected upon discovery.
• Actions of third parties, including payment processors, network providers, or software suppliers.

In the event of a system error that results in incorrect game outcomes or payouts, Ace Jili reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original wager to the player's account. No further liability will be accepted in such cases.

Ace Jili makes no guarantees that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably possible.

Section 10

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to Ace Jili's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of an agreed arbitration body in the Philippines. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial and class-action participation to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws. If you believe Ace Jili has acted improperly, you also retain the right to file a complaint with the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
